Refund policy

We provide store credit or exchange for all unused, non-printed, undamaged, ready-made tubes purchased through our website, within 30 working days of delivery. We ask that return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Once received, we will issue a credit back on the original payment method for the product cost only, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We urge you to purchase one or two samples first to test product fit and function before buying a larger quantity. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@esytube.com before shipping anything back to us. We will require a tracking number to confirm that your shipment has been received in our warehouse in order to issue a credit or exchange.

For custom orders, since all tubes are made to your specifications, we don’t allow returns. However, if you’re unhappy with your order and feel like we didn’t do a great job, please contact us and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.
